LINE BRAWL

IRISH VOODOO RECORDS

“Line Brawl throws daggers at society with their lyrics before ruthlessly pummeling your ears with a gritty combo of punk and hardcore. The Denver-based four piece has proven itself among the hardest working, most dedicated bands in the scene, building on momentum following the release of their first EP, Pack Mentality, at the beginning of 2015.

Playing locally with bands like Bane, Stick To Your Guns, Trash Talk, Suicidal Tendencies, and Comeback Kid, and Cruel Hand they quickly made their mark on the Denver hardcore and punk scenes and set to expand their reach by touring the west coast in June of 2015 playing at well-known DIY venues like Programme Skate and Sound in Fullerton, CA and 924 Gilman St in Berkeley, CA with Modern Life is War and Dangers.

After taking the time to write new material to match the ferocity of their live set, Line Brawl set out to record their first full length album at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, the studio owned and operated by hardcore legend Bill Stevenson – drummer of Black Flag and The Descendents. The end result can only be described as punishing. With a goal to shatter the preconceived notion of what hardcore punk is, from the very beginning to the final second the new album, Worse Off is a testament that nobody is safe.”
